What counts as one Invoice or Quotation?+
Each unique invoice or quotation document you create in SwisOne counts as one. Editing an existing document does not count as a new one. Voided or cancelled documents still count toward the monthly total as they were generated by the system.
Do unused invoices or quotations carry over to next month?+
No. Monthly limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused capacity from one month does not roll over to the next. If you consistently need more, consider upgrading to a higher plan.
What is the difference between Customers and Vendors?+
Customers are the individuals or businesses you invoice and sell to. Vendors are the suppliers or businesses you purchase from. Both are counted together in the Customers & Vendors limit. For example, the Business Plan allows a combined total of 500 customer and vendor records.
Why are there more Quotations than Invoices in each plan?+
In real business practice, not every quotation converts to an invoice. You may send 3 quotes to different clients but only win 2 deals. We've set quotation limits higher than invoice limits to reflect this natural business flow — so you never run out of quotation capacity before your invoicing capacity.
Are payments refundable if I don't use the software?+
No. All payments to SwisOne are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or technical issues on the customer's side. Please review our Terms & Conditions and refund policy before purchasing.
What does the Bespoke Suite custom plan include?+
The Bespoke Suite is fully tailored to your business requirements. It includes unlimited usage across all modules, custom feature development, custom reports, dedicated onboarding, and flexible payment options (monthly, annual, or lifetime). Can I upgrade from Business to Professional?+
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. The upgrade will be applied from your next billing cycle. Your existing data, records, and configurations remain completely intact when upgrading.
